21mm makes quite a difference to how a bike rides btw. and its more the chainstays/seatstays you need to worry about on the ill aparently

yh the 40 will be here next weekend and yh if i am doing this build i think ill start in next month and finish it in march hopefuly and yh the build will cost about £1100
